@home property management solutions is an independent property management business purely focused on the needs of property investors and tenants. Our sole focus is residential property management therefore we have the systems, training and resources needed to provide a consistent level of service to all of our clients. As a team, we are totally committed to offering a superior service.

Michelle Williams - Managing Director, Property Manager

After more than 16 years at the coalface of property management, Michelle realised a strong need for a specialised property management business in Launceston. Her vision was a real estate business with a sole focus on Residential Property Management, one where the systems, training and resources are provided to effectively manage large investment portfolios without sacrificing a personal customer service experience. Michelle has purchased property, sold property, rented property and also owns several investment properties throughout Launceston. This background, combined with her experience in property management allows her to understand the needs of her clients, customers and just as importantly, her team. Michelle's strong passion for property management has been the grounding for a high profile, successful business based on trust and confidence. Qualifications: Diploma in Property Services, Registered Real Estate Agent.

Matthew Brammall - Marketing

Matt is a partner in the business and the man behind the @home brand, he is a sign-writer/graphic artist by trade and previously ran a successful business in this field for many years. With his creative flair, Matt designs all of our high profile branding and advertising. Matthew has also had a 5 years experience in real estate sales where he was fortunate enough to be provided with the highest level of training in sales and real estate ethics, this is where he found his passion for the industry, he has a number of residential and commercial investment properties in the Launceston area. Matt takes care of the effective marketing of investment properties under management which includes matching the right people with the the right homes and making the whole process a more personal experience.

Celeste Adkins - Portfolio Manager

Celeste has been with @home from the beginning, from the first interview we knew that she would be as passionate about the success of the business as we are. Celeste started with us as our first point of contact on reception and has grown with the business, now managing her own portfolio of clients. With her attention to detail, organisational skills and exceptional time management, Celeste is always one step ahead and ready to offer the best advice and service to her clients. Celeste is always prompt with communication and runs her portfolio like a well oiled machine!

Jo Watson - Customer Service

Jo has over 8 years experience in administration and customer service. After experiencing the @home culture and service standards, she knew this was the place for her to shine. Jo brings to the team a cheerful, bright and bubbly personality to greet all of our wonderful clients when they call or drop in, she will be the one with the huge smile, contagious laugh and obvious passion for making people happy. Jo reminds us all not to take life too seriously and to have some fun along the way! We just love her and we know our clients and cutomers do.

Gemma Carmichael - Portfolio Manager

Gemma is a delight to be around, nothing seems to bring her down no matter what challenge she faces. She is super efficient, diligent and always carries a huge smile. Gemma joined our team with a goal to build a long term career in Property Management and also a personal goal to build her own investment portfolio. Having her own investment property in Hobart, Gemma understands the importance of her role to maximise income and minimise expenses for her clients. Gemma also knows what is like on the other side as a renter and she seems to find a perfect balance between managing the asset for her clients and keeping long term happy tenants.
