Traditionally real estate agencies are predominantly focused on sales and they often refer to property management as the “poor cousin of real estate”. A very high percentage of property management businesses are operated by large franchise real estate agencies with a combination of different services, in particular sales however in many cases finance, valuations and buyer’s advocacy. An Introduction from the Director, Michelle Williams

After well over 15 years managing properties, I realised a very strong need for a specialised property management business in Launceston. I have trained and consulted hundreds of property managers and principals nationally, which confirmed the common view, that in a typical real estate office, property management is often overlooked and a large majority lack the systems, training and resources to effectively manage large investment portfolios.

I am fortunate to be in a position where I have purchased property, sold property, rented property and also own several investment properties throughout the Launceston area. This, combined with over a decade at the coal-face of property management allows me to understand the needs of my customers, my clients and not to mention my team. This knowledge has also given me the grounding for a successful property management business based on a solid reputation and repeat referral clients.
