The young plumber guys came around about an hour later, identified the issue as a ‘failed solenoid’ (as I have no technical aptitude whatsoever this is where I nod and smile) and after picking up the replacement part were back an hour later to install a new one – the guys were friendly and really helpful on both the explanations and the repair.
Sure enough, problem fixed and my washing done before dinner!
I could not have asked for better service and still can’t believe that within four hours of reporting a whitegoods problem it was fixed! No need to hunt for a Laundromat on a wet weekend!

Michelle has a great manner and puts her clients at ease, is able to offer her years of experience in property management, which was particularly useful to us, as relatively new to rental property market. The time spent explaining the fundamentals of property management to us, as well as the breakdown of how the management fees worked was great. There rates were very reasonable and far better than many of the others we had been quoted. We had a very tight timeframe in terms of how quickly we needed to rent our property. Michelle also did not promise the earth just to get us on her books; instead she was able to explain the market to us clearly, and to help us to make the right choices to put our property in the most attractive position, and most likely to rent.
Working with Matthew is a similarly positive experience. The property we were advertising was in a small, quiet family-oriented cul de sac. Showing around prospective tenants, Matthew understood what we were looking for in tenants and was exceptionally good at communicating with us, and working with us to find the best solution quickly. In fact, the property was rented within the first week of @home taking over the management! Sadly the tenants had to pull out due to schooling problems. Matthew was on the case straight away, and a matter of days later a contract was signed and suitable tenants were placed.To date, we have experienced nothing but great service, great communication and (always important) timely statements and payments! I think what it all boils down to though is one key point: Dedication.The passionate, enthusiasm and can do attitude of @home sets them apart from all other real estate agencies with whom we have dealt or from who we have received quotes. My first experience as a landlord has been with them, and I have found them to be fantastic on all counts.
